Meet Hector

Founder & CEO 

Hector Ocasio founded AnalyTex after a decade of leading data and visualization efforts for product management teams at publicly traded biotech companies. In those roles, he noticed that the dashboards making the biggest impact all shared a few key traits: clear goals, clean logic, and fast delivery to the decision makers. Those same standards work everywhere. He launched AnalyTex to bring that same level of clarity and return-focused insight to successful businesses across industries. Today, he leads a remote-first team of senior Tableau developers who build custom business intelligence tools for leaders in biotech, telecom, water management, and beyond—giving them the visibility they need to make smarter decisions. When he’s not building dashboards, Hector is usually hiking with his wife and two sons in the Rocky Mountain National Park.
